When you are stressed or overworked, it is easy to lose sight of other important areas of your life. That's when you need to take a step back and look at the big picture. A meaningful life is one that is in balance, one in which adequate time is given to the activities that express your values and priorities.
Believe me, I was there stressed entrepreneur, part-time hard-working single mum is not an easy task to achieve. So, stress reduction was at the top of my to-do list as well I had to prioritize my goals.
When I got divorced, I decided that I could raise my children on my own. At the same time, I didn't want to leave my dream to travel and see more than one place. So I travelled with the children, which made the task difficult. To make the long story short, I had to stop the journey until they grew up. I had to learn the hard way how to achieve all of this and more.
Do you know that stress can bring you sickness which will low your self-confidence for a period of time? Well, this is what happened to me, so I have to slow down.
Now I am free to do what I love to do and travel (for now only territorially, but hopefully soon also abroad).

Once you have got your plan in balance, the goal is to keep it that way. Remember that as life changes you will need to review and adjust your plan. Look for “symptoms” — such as irritability, exhaustion and headaches — that tell you things are off-kilter again.
When you work with me, I will be supporting you fully to clarify and attain what it is you are looking for.
