Following a fully tailored package that is built around you and your needs, we will meet for sessions either in person or through Zoom calls for as long as is required. For some, it can be 3 or 4 sessions, but for most, we aim for 6 sessions to ensure that what has been learned has been fully realized. Each session is 45 minutes long and probes a different aspect of the issues and possible solutions surrounding what brought you to me.
